For signs of aging – Bioactive 1% Retinol and Bioactive 2.5% Retinol serum

What’s in it?

Retinol is the be all and end all of the skincare ingredients. It sustains collagen, improves skin texture and minimises the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also treats acne, fades hyperpigmentation and photodamage.

Ishtar’s Retinol serums use Rovisome technology to encapsulate retinol in a biocompatible natural membrane. That ensures the retinol molecule retains its potency and reaches into deeper layers of the skin. Our Bioactive 1% Retinol serum is roughly the equivalent of 0.2% commercial retinol product. On the other hand, our Bioactive 2.5% serum is the equivalent of 0.5% commercial retinol product.
Prickly Pear extract is rich in polysaccharides, which hydrate and soothe the skin.
Spilanthes Acmella (Gatuline) Extract has a firming effect on the skin.
Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans are natural polysaccharides that hydrate the skin and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
