Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. UK customers can alsp pay by Cheque or Postal order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Our online site is open 24/7 for purchasing and browsing. Please dont forget that in the real world Ishtar Skinlights operate normal business hours. This means that order processing takes approximately 3 working days, and delivery 1-2 days. For our international customers you will need to allow upto 10 days delivery. Shipping to the UK is free and by first class mail.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, and we are awaiting the arrival of new stock, then we email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be redirected to Paypal for secure 128bit credit card processing. Ishtar Skinlights do not store or handle your credit card details.

Guarantee It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors in connection with an order. Any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unopened and unused, we will by happy to refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
